What is Intersect:

Intersect Youth and Family Services Society is a non-profit society that provides voluntary counselling for children and youth under the age of 19 years.  Intersect has been providing counselling services in Prince George since 1983.

Intersect offers assessment and therapy services to children and youth who are experiencing significant impairment in some area of their life.  Priority is given to children and youth suffering from a mental health disorder or who are at significant risk of harming themselves or others.

How to Obtain Services:

Anyone is welcome to phone us directly during office hours.  Intersect is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.  Our telephone number is :       250-562-6639.  In a crisis situation, a counselor will talk to you immediately.  However, if you have require crisis intervention after hours, you can dial 0 and ask for Zenith 1234.
